It's business as usual
Dear Julia,
Welcome to East Coast. At 23.59 hrs on 13 November 2009, the
East Coast main line rail franchise transferred from National
Express East Coast Ltd, to East Coast Main Line Company Ltd, the new
business established by the Government to operate services on the
line for the next 2 years.
East Coast has pledged a seamless transition for the
organisation and we’d like to reassure all our customers that it is
business as usual.
